It started in the treatment room
Long before CARELIKA had a name, its founding company, Lika J, was already working in the beauty industry - side by side with beauty salons and cosmetologists. For more than twenty years the team listened to the people who treat skin every day: what really works on real skin, what clients feel, and what professionals were still missing.
In 2020 that experience became a brand of its own. CARELIKA was created to give salons and clinics a complete professional range - from cleansing to sterile cocktails and alginate masks - made in France, with protocols and training included.
Today CARELIKA is used by specialists in 34 countries. The idea has not changed: every product must earn its place in a professional cabin.

The CARELIKA principle
One molecule your skin already knows
Most brands choose an active. CARELIKA chose a molecule the body makes itself - succinic acid, known as amber acid - and built a complete professional line around it, from cleansing to cream.
Succinic acid is a metabolite of the Krebs cycle - the cycle our cells use to produce energy.
On the skin it is a fermentation product of Staphylococcus epidermidis, part of the skin's normal flora.
The molecule was historically isolated from amber - which is why it is called amber acid.
